Courtney Berry

In her position as Supervising Attorney of Operations at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, Courtney Berry contributes a depth of expertise, commitment, and empathy. With a JD from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Howard University, Courtney has established her profession on a foundation of academic achievement and a strong desire to help others.

Courtney is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, but she moved to Texas in 2013 to start her legal career after completing her undergraduate studies in Washington, DC.

Courtney likes to travel, shop, and spend time with her loved ones when she has free time. She recently married her college sweetheart in October 2023, and she lives with her spouse and their energetic dog, Raz Berry.

Her mother, a social worker who devoted her life to assisting people, served as an inspiration for Courtney’s desire to become a lawyer. Courtney developed a deep sense of empathy and a desire to have a significant effect after witnessing her mother help others during difficult times. She views working as an attorney as a means of integrating her passion for solving problems with her dedication to justice and equity.

Courtney is a significant asset to clients overcoming challenging legal problems because of her dependability, empathy, determination, and adaptability, according to her friends and colleagues.

In addition to her career accomplishments, Courtney loves to travel and intends to keep doing so in order to encounter many cultures and viewpoints.
